By accessing or using Portal Card Scanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
Portal Card Scanner is a mobile application that allows users to scan, identify, and track the market value of trading cards across multiple games and sports — including Pokémon, One Piece, Yu‑Gi‑Oh!, Dragon Ball, Magic, NBA, and Soccer trading cards — using artificial intelligence and real-time pricing data. The App provides both free and premium subscription tiers.

All paid plans remove advertisements. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and may vary by region.
The App does not require account creation for basic functionality. All data is stored locally on your device.
The Monthly and Annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings. The Daily Pass is a one-time purchase that grants unlimited scans for 24 hours and does not auto-renew.
Refunds for subscriptions are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
Misuse the Service: Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the App or its infrastructure.
Circumvent Limitations: Use technical measures to bypass the daily scan limit for free users.
Violate Intellectual Property: Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of The Pokemon Company, Bandai Co., Ltd., or any other third party.
Automated Access: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App without our express written permission.
Commercial Resale: Resell or redistribute data obtained from the App for commercial purposes without authorization.
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Portal Card Scanner and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you create within the App (your collection). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the service.
The App uses third-party services for card recognition, data retrieval, pricing, advertising, and payment processing. Each service is subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these providers.
Card images are transmitted to third-party AI services solely for recognition purposes and are not stored by Portal Card Scanner. Some purchase links in the App include affiliate tracking parameters; we may earn a commission when you make purchases through these links at no additional cost to you.
